Q. What size canvases do the easels support?
A. The regular InnovARTive artist easel can support canvasses from 64cm to 130cm and the large one can support canvasses 82cm to 180cm.
Q. What is the maximum canvas weight the easel can support?
A. 6KG including the paint on the canvas.
Q. Is the easel portable?
A. Yes, The regular size art easel weighs 6.5 Kilograms and the Large size weighs 7.5 Kilograms. It comes in two pre assembled pieces and is set up in under 5 minutes. The padded carry bag dimensions are 23cm high, 26cm wide and 100cm long.
Q. What is the quickest way to contact us?
A. Email is preferred, with my constant travel I am rarely at a telephone but I can access emails. Emails will be responded to within 3 business days, with most responses being within 24 hours.
Q. Does the InnovARTive artist easel convert to take a drawing board for people that do water colour paintings or drawings?
A. Yes. It will take MDF, plastic corrugated sheets, masonite and art boards up to 9mm in thickness and no larger than 85cm square. For instructions on how to use for a drawing board application. Download here.

Q. Can I pick up the easel to save freight costs?
A. You can from our dispatch depot in Melbourne. You MUST email a request to inquiry@innovartive.com.au with your contact details for our logistics provider to schedule a time for pick up. Payment must be made upon pick up and drivers licence details must be included on the back of the cheque.
Q. Can I pay by cheque or money order?
A. Yes. Mail your cheque or money order to Innovartive Pty Ltd at PO Box 2140 Oakleigh VIC 3166
Q. Can I pay by credit card not over the telephone or on the internet?
A. Yes. You can mail your credit card details (name, type of card, card number, CVV number – the last 3 digits on the signature panel and expiry date) to the P.O Box above or email us at inquiry@innovartive.com.au with your contact details and we will call you. As telephone contact is managed through an external logistics provider a AUD$5 service fee on manual processing of cards will apply. Note all credit card payments will appear on your statement as “Bears Transport”.
Q. Do we supply overseas orders? (Non Australian delivery address)
A. Yes, but you need to arrange your own freight / delivery. Contact us by email at inquiry@innovartive.com.au and we will supply relevant details.
Q. Can I buy the easel in a retail store?
A. No, not at this time.
