Within Australia deliveries are made by via Couriers Please and will arrive within 10 business days.

Product Availability
Availability of items listed on this site is not guaranteed although all efforts will be made to ensure supply of your order.
Innovartive Pty. Ltd will advise you if goods are not available to be shipped within 10 days.

Should any merchandise become unavailable for any reason whatsoever, a full refund will be applied. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received.

Payment
We use PayPal to process your online transaction. Paypal is the Worlds largest & most trusted leader in online payments. This is the most secure method of payment. NOTE: You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to use your credit card. Even if you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay for our products through Paypal's secure online payment system. If you register with PayPal, you can link a bank account to your PayPal account, for easy, fast EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions

Product Warranty
The InnovARTive Easel comes with a replacement warranty on defects in material and manufacture for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the date of original purchase.

No questions asked 14 day money back guarantee - If you are not completely satisfied with your Innovartive Easel send it back to us within 14 days and we will refund the purchase price less postage and handling.

Returns
If the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what you ordered we're happy to provide a replacement, including all postage costs (Must be unopened and unused). Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
Innovartive Pty. Ltd will need proof of purchase for the unit as well as a detailed description of the nature of the problem to organise a return authorisation number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation.

The customer will need to return the unit to Innovartive Pty. Ltd at their own cost, after this authorisation number is allocated

Notification of faulty or damaged item must be advised within 3 days of receipt of product.

Any faulty or damaged goods will be replaced within 7 days of receipt provided that goods are returned undamaged, complete, unopened and in/with their original packaging.

Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a sale or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice (Terms of use) and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
